Cancellation Policy
At AndyC’s Nail Studio, we prioritize a seamless experience for all our valued clients. To maintain a professional and fair environment, we have established the following cancellation and late policy for appointments involving a deposit:
1. Booking Deposit: To secure your appointment, we kindly request a deposit of $35. This deposit will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your scheduled services.
2. Cancellation Notice: We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To do so without incurring any additional charges, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice in advance of your appointment time.
3. Deposit Refund: If you provide the required notice, your deposit will be fully refundable or transferable to a rescheduled appointment.
4. Late Arrival Protocol:
• If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to streamline your service, which may exclude nail art.
• For clients who are 20 minutes late, we regretfully will have to cancel the appointment. Your deposit will serve as compensation for the reserved slot.
5. Returning Client No-Show No-Call Policy: For returning clients who no-show no-call without prior notice, a deposit will be required for future bookings. This ensures that appointment slots are used efficiently and fairly.
6. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will consider these situations on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you encounter an unavoidable circumstance.
7. Rescheduling Ease: You can reschedule your appointment within the cancellation notice period without any impact on your deposit.
